What will you do as CEO?

• Determine and monitor the strategic direction of the organization
• Build an agile and driven team ready for scaling up
• Translate technological possibilities into valuable and secure customer solutions
• Ensure operational excellence and customer-focused growth
• Be the face of the organization towards customers, partners, and stakeholders

What do you bring?

• Proven experience within an MSP, preferably as an operations manager or in a responsible role
• Know how to grow a technical organization without losing culture or quality
• Affinity with sectors such as healthcare or legal/notary is a strong plus
• Combine vision and decisiveness with a people-oriented leadership style
• Feel at home in a dynamic environment where much still needs to be built and shaped
