What will you do as CEO?

Determine and monitor the strategic direction of the organization
Build an agile and driven team ready for scaling up
Translate technological possibilities into valuable and secure customer solutions
Ensure operational excellence and customer-focused growth
Be the face of the organization towards customers, partners, and stakeholders

What do you bring?

Proven experience within an MSP, preferably as an operations manager or in a responsible role
Know how to grow a technical organization without losing culture or quality
Affinity with sectors such as healthcare or legal/notary is a strong plus
Combine vision and decisiveness with a people-oriented leadership style
Feel at home in a dynamic environment where much still needs to be built and shaped
