Operational Leadership: Lead with urgency, overseeing task preparation, execution, and closure while ensuring compliance with quality, health, safety, and environmental policies.

 

Customer and Project Management: Be the primary client contact, managing expectations and providing updates throughout project progress.

 

Resource and Personnel Management: Drive team performance in a fluid environment, ensuring safety and integrity at all times.

 

Compliance and Reporting: Maintain organized business records and manage technical reports for timely submission.

 

Collaboration and Development: Liaise with other offices for resource sharing and drive innovation for improved productivity and safety.

What are we looking for?

  • Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent operational experience.
  • At least 5 years of experience in maritime operations, logistics, or technical project management.
  • Fluency in English; additional language skills are a plus.
  • Ability to commute to northern Antwerp area (Stabroek, near Dutch border).
  • Willingness to work flexible hours.
