As a Warehouse & Equipment Manager, you will take ownership of warehouse operations, fleet assets, and equipment maintenance to ensure everything runs safely, efficiently, and in compliance with industry standards. You will oversee the maintenance and repair of boats, vehicles, trailers, and yard facilities, ensuring all assets are well-organized, properly serviced, and available when needed. Proactive equipment management will be key to minimizing downtime and ensuring operations run smoothly.
This role requires strong oversight of inventory control, supply chain coordination, and vendor management. You will be responsible for ensuring the warehouse has the necessary tools and materials while identifying opportunities for cost savings and efficiency improvements. Additionally, you will be involved in budget planning, capital expenditure tracking, and KPI analysis to optimize performance.
Safety is a critical aspect of this role. As a regional Safety Officer, you will manage hazardous material compliance, safety protocols, and incident reporting, working closely with the team to uphold a strong safety culture.
